· HOW TO BOOK:
1. The traveler will request room availability via email or phone
2. Once we confirm availability and price, you have to make a deposit of 25% of the total amount to confirm your booking through bank transfer, credit card or a Paypal account. The outstanding amount has to be paid IN CASH upon arrival to our center.
· CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1. If a client decides to cancel the package contracted, it shall notify to Calima at least thirty days before the arrival date. In this case, the client is entitled to a refund of amounts paid, minus € 25 handling fee.
2. If cancellation is notified within a period less than thirty days before the arrival date the client is not entitled to a refund of amounts paid. In this case the amount paid will be saved for a future reservation within a period not exceeding one year, during which the client can select a new date for the delivery of courses and sufcamps depending on availability.
3. If the cancellation is notified less than seven days before the contracted date, the client is not entitled to receive any refunds or compensation.
